The Airbnb will be selected based on the final guest count for the group. Because availability can change and we want to secure a suitable property as early as possible, timely deposits are strongly encouraged.
If you are able to submit your deposit before the official deposit deadline, we highly encourage you to do so. The earlier deposits are received, the sooner we can confirm the guest count and move forward with securing the Airbnb.
Please do not wait until the deadline if you are able to submit your deposit sooner. Early deposits help us secure the best available option for the group's size and avoid unnecessary delays in confirming accommodations.

Liquor & Nightlife
Please keep in mind that liquor can be very expensive in Jamaica, especially upgraded and premium brands. Plan your budget accordingly.
For nightlife, many venues require guests to purchase a bottle in order to secure a table or VIP access. Standard bottle prices typically start around $100, while upgraded and premium liquor selections will cost more.
Your package includes general admission to two nightlife events. Bottle service, tables, VIP access, and upgraded liquor are not included and will be an additional expense.
As a group, we suggest pitching in together toward bottles when possible. This can help keep the cost more reasonable for everyone while allowing the group to enjoy the experience together. Any bottle purchases or upgrades would be divided among the guests participating.

PRIVATE BEDROOM UPGRADE
+$250 per person
The private bedroom upgrade is an additional $250 on top of the trip price and is separate from the required trip deposit. Private bedrooms are subject to availability and the layout of the selected Airbnb.
Final group pricing and arrangements will be confirmed closer to the trip based on the final group size and confirmed services. Final pricing will be confirmed no later than the January 3, 2027 deposit deadline.

The $250 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
PAYMENT PLANS

Once your deposit has been secured, you will have the opportunity to select your preferred payment plan.

Guests may select the payment option that works best for them, as long as the full balance is paid by March 3, 2027.
PAYMENT METHODS

Credit card payments are subject to a 3.6% processing fee, which will be added on top of the payment amount.
LATE PAYMENT FEES
Guests enrolled in a payment plan are responsible for making payments by their scheduled due dates.
Late fees will apply as follows:
- 3 days late: $25 late fee
- 7 days late: $50 late fee
- More than 14 days late: $200 late fee
Late fees are added to the outstanding balance and must be paid in addition to the scheduled payment.

The $250 deposit is applied toward the guest's trip balance. The $250 private bedroom upgrade is an additional trip cost.

CANCELLATION, DROP-OUT & TRANSFER POLICY
If you need to drop out of the trip, please communicate with Cherish Your Travel as soon as possible. Early communication gives us the opportunity to continue promoting the trip and potentially make the necessary accommodations.
BEFORE MARCH 3, 2027
The $250 deposit remains non-refundable and non-transferable.
For any additional payments made beyond the non-refundable/non-transferable deposit, a partial transfer may be considered before March 3, 2027, depending on the timing of the request, services already secured, and whether a replacement guest can be accommodated.
Guests must communicate any changes as early as possible so Cherish Your Travel has an opportunity to continue promoting the available space or make other necessary arrangements.
MARCH 3, 2027 & AFTER
Beginning March 3, 2027, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No transfers, credits, or refunds will be permitted after this date.

FLIGHTS
Round-trip airfare is not included in the package price.
Flight & Payment Plan Reminder
We encourage all guests to book their flights as soon as possible. As the travel date approaches, flight prices may increase, especially during the busy carnival season. Booking early is recommended.
For guests looking for payment plan options, check out apps such as Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm to see what options may be available for your flight purchase.
Please note: Flight arrangements and payment plans are the responsibility of each guest.
For the scheduled group airport transfer, guests are encouraged to book flights arriving in Kingston at approximately 1:30-2:30 PM on April 3rd , 2027 and departing Kingston at approximately 1:00 PM on April 7, 2027.
Flights departing on the final day of the trip are suggested for 1:00 PM or later. This allows enough time for check-out at approximately 11:00 AM, transportation to the airport, and time to catch your flight.
There will be one scheduled group airport arrival pickup and one scheduled group airport departure.
Additional airport transfers outside of the scheduled group transportation may be subject to an additional cost.
Guests are responsible for booking flights that coordinate with the scheduled group transportation times.

We recommend bringing U.S. dollars (USD) with you to Jamaica. If you need to exchange money, our tour guide can assist you with exchanging your funds.
Please do not exchange your money at the airport, as exchange rates may not be as favorable.

GROUP COMMUNICATION
Once registration closes and the confirmed guest list is finalized, all registered travelers will be added to a private WhatsApp group.
The WhatsApp group will be used for trip updates, itinerary information, transportation details, Airbnb information, activity updates, Road March and photo shoot information, packing reminders, and other important trip announcements.
A WhatsApp video call will also be scheduled before the trip so confirmed travelers can meet, review the itinerary, ask questions, and go over important trip information together.

IMPORTANT GUEST CONDUCT, SAFETY & TRANSPORTATION
Cherish Your Travel is committed to a fun, welcoming, and respectful group experience. Guests must treat travelers, drivers, vendors, hosts, staff, and local partners respectfully.
Bullying & Harassment
Bullying, harassment, discrimination, threats, intimidation, fighting, unwanted contact, sexual harassment, stalking, privacy violations, retaliation, or behavior that makes others feel unsafe or unwelcome will not be tolerated.
Group Behavior
Guests must respect other travelers, shared accommodations, transportation, vendors, activities, hosts, and staff. They should avoid unnecessary conflict, disruption, property damage, or interference with others’ enjoyment.
Leaving the Group & Transportation
Late Arrival & Scheduled Excursions
- Guests have a 15-minute grace period after the driver arrives at the scheduled pickup location.
- After 15 minutes, additional transportation may be available with another driver, if time allows.
- If the excursion has already departed or the scheduled time has passed, guests may miss the activity.
- Pickup times will be communicated 24 hours before the activity and reconfirmed the morning of in case of weather changes or itinerary adjustments.
- Guests will be given at least 2–3 hours to get ready before pickup.
Guests may enjoy personal time but must notify Cherish Your Travel when leaving scheduled activities or transportation.
Guests should not leave without communicating, use outside transportation without notice, or become unreachable. If a guest separates from the group, Cherish Your Travel is no longer responsible for their safety, transportation, expenses, whereabouts, or return arrangements.

Once your deposit has been received, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
