Booking & Customization: A Consult and or deposit is required to secure your selected combo deal. Once your deposit is received, we will consult with you to discuss your preferences and any requested changes, add-ons, or upgrades. Additional charges may apply depending on your selections.

Location & Transportation: All combo deals are based in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Locations outside the Montego Bay area, including Rose Hall, Falmouth, and Reading, may require additional fees.

Pricing Disclaimer

Prices listed are estimates based on modernized all inclusive hotels, villas, and Airbnbs. These Rates are Ocho rios and Montego Bay any outside areas are subject to additional cost.Final costs may vary depending on amenities, property upgrades, and group size. To keep within budget, you will be provided with 3 accommodation options to choose from. Adding more than 3 guests (or extra guests in larger packages) will result in a price increase.

All services are provided by third-party vendors and are subject to their terms. Participation in excursions involves inherent risks. Cherish Your Travel is not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or delays.

2. Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

Final balance must be paid by the due date.

Failure to pay on time may result in late fees cancellation without refund.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations after final payment are non-refundable. Credit will be transfered to another trip

If group minimums are not met, travelers will be notified and options provided (reschedule, credit, or refund excluding deposit).

4. Travel Documentation

Travelers are responsible for valid passports and any required visas.

Passports must be valid for 6 months after travel date.

Cherish Your Travel is not responsible for denied boarding due to invalid documents.

5. Accommodations & Itineraries

Properties are subject to availability. Comparable substitutions may be made if necessary.

Customized itineraries will be provided prior to departure. Activities may be affected by weather, vendor availability, or local regulations.
