Dinner on the Beach –Partial Deposit Only

This payment is a deposit only to secure your Dinner on the Beach experience and initiate the booking process. Our all-inclusive Dinner on the Beach packages include food, drinks, décor, and setup, depending on the package selected.

Your Retainer fee/deposit will be applied toward your required retainer fee. The remaining balance is due two days before your scheduled event.
Dinner on the Beach – Retainer & Deposit Only

This fee covers the initial planning, organizing, coordination, and booking preparation for your Dinner on the Beach experience. It allows us to begin the planning process and prepare your personalized event details.

Once your package is confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to secure your event date and begin finalizing arrangements. The retainer fee will be applied toward your deposit if you proceed with your booking and submit your deposit within three (3) days of receiving your confirmation.

Please note that this payment is for the retainer and planning process only. It does not represent the full cost of your Dinner on the Beach package. The remaining balance and payment deadlines will be provided upon confirmation of your selected package.

All retainer fees are non-refundable. Your event date is not secured until the required deposit has been received.

Booking Notice: Pricing and booking details are valid for three days. Availability is not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed. Please submit your deposit within the three-day period to begin securing your event date and services.
